What is PSS?

PSS is a powerful and natural tool to help athletes calm themselves the night before an event. It combines soothing melodies, spoken word, and sound to take you through is 40 min journey into a deep restful state of sleep. PSS is a MP3 download that is available in three versions.

PSS Normal Sleep Coach and Music utilizes a voice audio level similar to a normal conversation while music and sounds play in the background.

PSS Quiet Sleep Coach and Music and Sounds elevates the audio level of the music and sounds above the Sleep Coach voice track but keeping the audio level for the voice at a setting that can still be heard.

PSS Music and Sounds Only contains no Sleep Coach and only plays the music and sounds tracks

Is PSS safe for everyone?

If you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric condition, contact your doctor before using PSS. Do not use PSS while operating heavy machinery such as a car.

Which version should I use?

Play each sample to get an idea of the sound level the Sleep Coach is set to. If you are easily disturbed or awakened by voices, you may want to use the Quiet or Music only version.

How do I listen to PSS?

PSS will play on any MP3 player. You can use external speakers, or, if comfortable, wear headphones while sleeping. If you choose to wear headphones, DO NOT use versions that are inserted into your ear cannel.

Can I listen to PSS more than once during the night?

Yes. You can set your MP3 player to loop PSS so that if can play throughout the night.

How long before I know if PSS is working for me?

The affects PSS has on an individual vary. For some, it will help you sleep the first time you use it. For others, it may take several nights before you notice a difference. We suggest that you use PSS for three to five nights to see how it will alter your sleep pattern.

Is PSS guaranteed?

If you are not completely satisfied with PSS, send an email to support @sleepbeforeyourace.com requesting a complete refund within 30 days of purchase. We will email you a refund form that needs to be returned in order to process the refund.
